Zego Pay Links Accounts, Converts Paper Checks

Zego, the property technology company for owners and managers of multifamily and HOA communities, recently added two new features to Zego Pay, its rent collection software. Zego is powered by PayLease.

Pay Rapid Account Linking allows residents to automatically link a bank account to Zego with the same username and password as the bank login. Zego’s Plaid integration provides additional convenience by ensuring accuracy for setting up payment accounts and preventing manual data entry.

Pay Mobile CheckScan enables residents to convert a paper check to a digital payment method via a mobile device. Users will now be able to take a photo of a rent check and convert it to a digital payment Those payments can be immediately applied to rent and other property charges.
