PayLease’s 24/7 Resident Support Center Earns a Bronze Stevie Customer Service Award

PayLease today announced that its Resident Experience Team was named a finalist in the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, placing Bronze in the Contact Center of the Year category. The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognize companies and across the globe who have made outstanding achievements within their sales and customer service departments.

PayLease’s Resident Experience Team provides 24/7 live support for those who need assistance making a payment to their HOA or property manager. The Team earned recognition as a Contact Center of the Year thanks to a high percentage of calls that were successfully resolved during the eligibility period, a short average hold time, and being the only company among its competitors that offers 24/7 resident support. Entries were considered in 89 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year; 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers.
