PayLease Named One of the Top Ten Best Places to Work in San Diego

PayLease, a leading online payments provider for the property management and HOA industry, today announced that it was named to the San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for the third consecutive year. PayLease ranked number 9 in the medium-sized companies category.

The Best Places to Work list is comprised of 100 companies split into four categories: 35 small-sized companies (15-49 US employees), 35 medium-sized companies (50-249 US employees), 17 large-sized companies (250-1,999 US employees), and 13 mega-sized companies (2,000 or more US employees).

To be considered for the list, companies participated in a two-part survey. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee satisfaction survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Ninety-nine percent of PayLease employees who took the satisfaction survey said that they were happy working for the company. Additionally, 95% of employees said they looked forward to going to work every day.

“PayLease has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, which has brought several changes to our organization,” remarked PayLease CEO, Dave Dutch. “Yet despite all the growth and change, maintaining PayLease’s unique culture is still a top priority. I’m incredibly grateful to our employees for making this such a great place to work and am thrilled that once again, we are being recognized as one of San Diego’s top employers. “
