By opting in and/or participating in Company’s pay-by-text program, you agree to receive short message service (“SMS”) or text messages (collectively referred to as “Messages”) from Company. Once you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text message. Your consent is not a condition to use any Services from Company and you may opt-out at any time. Company may send you text messages that include payment reminders, authorizations, advertisements, or marketing related to the Site and/or the Services provided by Company.
The number of texts you receive per month will depend on your settings and account activity. Company reserves the right to alter Message frequency at any time (i.e. Company may change the frequency of Messages that you receive).
It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile service provider supports Messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving Messages. Further, you consent to receive Messages on the mobile devices associated with the telephone number(s) you provide, even if those telephone numbers are on any Do Not Call (or similar) list; the Messages will not be considered unauthorized by any local, state or federal law or regulation. For any telephone number that you provide, you consent to our use of any automatic telephone dialing system when contacting you, even if you are charged for the Messages under your telephone plan.
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP, STOP ALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the last text message. Company’s preference is that you simply text “STOP”, should you decide to cancel all texting. Please note that opting out of receiving text messages will unsubscribe you from all text messages sent by Company. You agree that following a request to unsubscribe from texts, you will receive one (1) final message, confirming that you will receive no further Messages from Company.
You may text “HELP” for any assistance in response to the latest text you received. You will receive a response to contact Customer Service at 1 (866) 729-5327 or https://gozego.force.com/residents/s/.
Company does not charge a fee for Messages. However, please be aware that message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Company does not have any control over these rates, how they are charged, and/or how they are collected from you; nor does it have control as to any other obligations you may have to your mobile carrier in connection with your text messaging service. By opting in to receive messages from Company, you are accepting any such charges from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for payment of any fees imposed by your mobile device carrier of any kind whatsoever.
Company reserves the right to revise and/or terminate the messaging program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any Message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. Company does not guarantee that messaging is available across all carriers, and is not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages. Company cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure Message services. Company cannot guarantee that Messages provided through your wireless carrier will be delivered, and we will not be liable for delayed or undelivered Messages.
A text message does not constitute a record for the account to which it pertains. The information in the text messages is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage that could result from interception by third parties of any information made available to you via the Messages. Company cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of any information or data made available to you for any particular purpose.
