PayLease Recognized Once Again as One of San Diego’s Top Workplaces

PayLease today announced that it was named to the San Diego Business Journal’s 100 Best Places to Work list for the fifth consecutive year. PayLease ranked #27 in the medium-sized companies category, which is defined as organizations with 50-249 US employees. PayLease was recognized for its fun workplace culture, a low employee turnover, and office perks.

To be considered for the Best Places to Work list, companies participate in a two-part survey. The first part consists of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, benefits, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part is an employee satisfaction survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and their final ranking.
