PayLease Wins Two Stevie Awards Honoring its Customer Service and Call Center Teams

The Stevie Awards recognize the achievements of sales, customer service, and call center professionals across the globe. PayLease was a Bronze winner in the following categories for businesses in the Financial Services industry: Contact Center of the Year, and Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year.
More than 60 members of several specialized committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements during final judging earlier this month.
PayLease’s award for Contact Center of the Year honored the Company’s resident call center, which offers live support for those who need assistance making a payment to their HOA or property manager. Achievements that contributed to the win included: a high percentage of calls that were successfully resolved during the eligibility period, a short average hold time, and being the only company among its competitors to offer 24/7 resident support.
The Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year Award recognizes service teams that directly engage clients. Stevie judges commended PayLease for providing one of the shortest implementation times in the industry, and for offering clients a breadth of specialized support teams. Judges also recognized these teams for attributing to PayLease’s 96% client retention rate.
