PayLease’s Client Success Team Honored with a Bronze Stevie Customer Service Award

PayLease today announced that its Client Success Team was named a finalist in the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, placing Bronze in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year category. The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognize companies across the globe with outstanding sales and customer service departments. The Front-Line Customer service category recognizes the achievements of customer service teams who directly engage their organization’s clients. 

PayLease’s Client Success Team provides proactive, consultative assistance to the Company’s 5,700 HOA and property management clients.  Client Success Team representatives are tasked with answering and resolving customer inquiries, conducting business reviews, improving customer health, and increasing adoption of the client’s PayLease services.

As part of its entry for the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year, PayLease submitted several of the Team’s key performance indicators that occurred during the eligibility period. The Team earned the Stevie award thanks to a high percentage of calls that were successfully resolved on the first response, a short average response time, and a strong client health score. Additionally, Stevie judges commended PayLease for offering Client Success team members with clear career paths and opportunities for growth.

More than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in 89 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year; 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers.
