The Challenge
As Bookkeeper for All Star Properties, Lisa has long enjoyed the positive effects of utilizing Zego for accepting and processing rent payments, and she hears directly from All Star’s residents about the platform’s ease-of-use and flexibility.
While Lisa’s desk used to be cluttered with checks and money orders, residents are now exclusively paying through digital channels such as ACH and Zego CashPay. With Zego, Lisa’s desk is free of paper payments, and she no longer spends time depositing and processing these payments.
Though one problem has persisted: refunding resident security deposits.

The solution

To support the rollout of the new feature, Lisa also provided residents preparing to move-out with Zego promotional materials instructing them on the process and the benefits of using this new digital solution. Already very familiar with Zego, residents had no objections to using it to receive refunds.
Results
Renters of All Star Properties have received Zego Resident Payouts very positively, noting the “ease-of-use and convenience” in getting refunded quickly, and with their choice of payment method.
